Your name, phone or WhatsApp number and the text of your request, entered in the form on this website or sent to us on WhatsApp.

Why

Only to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and proposal, and contact you about the project.

Where it is stored

Requests arrive in the agency’s business mailbox and are stored on the website server in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We do not sell or share data with third parties except as required by Kazakhstan law.

How long

No longer than needed to handle your request and perform the contract, or until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent by writing to ceo@badudigital.kz. Processing follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, which use cookies to collect anonymised visit statistics (pages, traffic source, device, on-site actions, including session recording in Metrica) so we can see where clients come from and improve the site. We do not use this data to identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Technical data (IP address, time of request) is also used to protect the form from spam.
